Our Process - Quality From Start to Finish

You need a partner who understands the importance of every detail. That’s why our process is meticulously designed to ensure quality at every step:

  1. Review Your Design: We work with digital files, sketches, or specifications to bring your vision to life.
  2. Create the NC Program: Using advanced software, we convert your design into precise instructions for our CNC machines, inspecting and simulating to catch potential issues.
  3. Material Selection: Choose to supply your material or let us source it. We’ll even run preliminary tests to ensure compatibility.
  4. Tooling and Fixturing: We use high-quality cutting tools and custom fixtures as needed to achieve perfect results.
  5. Test Cuts: If your project presents new challenges, we run test cuts to zero in on the best tools and parameters.
  6. Production, Inspection, and Shipping: After testing, we move to full production, with continuous quality inspections. Your parts are then securely packed and shipped.
