Discover Our Process
We use a structured, accountable process to make sure every part we deliver is right the first time.
1. Review Your Files
Whether you send a drawing, a CAD model, or just a sketch—we’ll review your design for cut-ability, material match, and any tolerance concerns. If we spot issues, we’ll recommend solutions before moving forward.
2. Quote With Confidence
We provide accurate pricing, estimated shipping, and realistic lead times—based on the actual scope of work, not guesswork. Every quote reflects our tooling, programming, and freight evaluation process.
3. Confirm Material and Tooling
Once the job is approved, we source the correct material and confirm that we have the right tools on hand—or get what’s needed. If your job calls for special cutters or custom setup, we’ll take care of it.
4. Program and Simulate
We create the CAM program that drives your parts—checking every toolpath for accuracy, safety, and efficiency. If test cuts are needed, we do them before committing to full production.
5. Cut and Inspect
We run the job using clean, calibrated tools and inspect each part before packing. You get consistent quality, not surprises.
6. Ship With Confidence
If there is anything about your job that is unusual or unfamiliar to us, we will make some test cuts using the specified material and cutting parameters. We might make several sets of test cuts using different tooling and cutting parameters to zero-in on the best set of tools and parameters.
